WHITE PAPER Β· PROTOCOL-FIRST
A protocol, not a promise
This is the public summary, organised protocol first: the problem, the protocol, the framework, the applications, the transition. The long document β specs and evidence β is in preparation.
A rule kept everywhere: an open decision is never presented as an existing property.
01 β The problem
Verify without authority, pay without fraud
02 β The protocol
Order, finality, economy, governance
The mechanisms, with their real status (devnet online Β· L1 target).
- Order
- Blocks proposed by proof of work, finalised by a committee (β₯ 2/3 of the epoch): nothing becomes true on its own.
- Finality
- A finalised block is a commitment β the chain orders itself around it, replayable deterministically.
- The economy
- EIP-1559 fees, a 5 % levy (70/20/10), a sponsor without power over the verdict; 1 billion tokens at genesis, mint off.
- Governance
- Two chambers (miners propose, curators finalise), timelock, immutables β see the Governance page.
- Threat model
- The chain is re-verified server-side and natively; weights never reach the server; remaining limits are listed in the real state.
03 β The framework
Reusable machines
04 β The applications
π is the first case, not the only one
05 β Today β at genesis
The transition table
What is online today, and what genesis will change β no date promised.
- Today (devnet 43911)
- Chain online, real and re-verified mining, trial tokens (minted during the exploratory phase), open explorer and RPC.
- At genesis (mainnet 43901)
- 1 billion cap fixed, mint off, bicameral governance in place, work market wired, known flaws closed.
The move happens when the chain keeps its promises β not before. Track progress, work item by work item, on the real state.
